Many people hate on Joel because he speaks the, "feel good gospel." But! The gospel is very good! And it makes your heart warm!Īlso, many people claim that Pastor Joel is a part of these self-help books, but while we cannot help self, but we should not just accept where we are we are always growing (we aren't perfect). ![]() I know I will continue growing, learning and improving to become a better me through the illuminating insights shared by my goodread members and friends. Joel says to become better you is to be thankful for the blessings we have and that we should live with songs in our heart and keep moving forward. One good habit I picked up is joining Goodreads which has successfully rekindled my passion for books which has long been overtaken by mindless leisurely pursuits. Still, the book succeed in steering your thoughts to live in faith and trust for becoming a better person through the 7 stages which includes developing good habits and staying passionate about life.
